Our support module allows 3i-Technologies to check your work station "off site" to verify applications, blockages and lock-ups or for training purposes.
 

It is a simple program (< 300k) that you can open from the internet or save on your hard disk for future use.  The module is executed in your system's memory (RAM) and requires no installing or configuring on your part.  Once the connection terminated, there is no trace on your computer.  You are in total control of the connection and must allow us to enter your work station.
  
Click on the module icon below and chose to open or save on your hard disk (saving on your Desktop is recommended.  When needed, click on the module icon to open the application then double-click on the text: "Connection to 3i-Technologies" in the left side window.
