Our support module allows 3i-Technologies to check your work station "off site" to verify applications, blockages and lock-ups or for training purposes.

It is a simple program that you can open from the internet or save on your hard disk for future use.  The module is executed in your system's memory (RAM) and requires no installing or configuring on your part.  Once the connection terminated, there is no trace on your computer.  You are in total control of the connection and must allow us to enter your work station.
